Producer responsibility on single-use plastic products: Changes for consultation
The Ministry of Environment and Gender Equality proposes a number of changes to the executive order on single-use plastics, which was issued this summer, and has sent a draft of the amended executive order for consultation.
The draft does not change the announced dates for a number of categories of single-use plastic products to be registered in the register of authorities no later than 17 December 2024, or that the first reporting of quantities must take place between 1 and 10 April 2025.
The changes primarily concern the calculation of the quantity of single-use plastic products subject to fees for reporting (Appendix 2).
Find the amendment here - the consultation deadline is 18 November.
