Get help assessing single-use plastic products with a new template
It can sometimes be difficult to assess whether a product is covered by the producer responsibility for single-use plastic products. This is because there is no comprehensive overview of the criteria, which come from both the Danish executive order and EU guidelines.
With only about 2 weeks till the deadline for registration of the producer responsibility for single-use plastic products in Dansk Producentsansvar's (DPA) register, many companies are currently struggling to find out whether their products are covered by the producer responsibility for single-use plastic products and how large the quantities are.
Read more about registration and reporting on single-use plastic products here.
But there is help at hand... because we have gathered all the criteria and examples in a template for each of the 8 covered product categories . With the template, you make a self-assessment by filling in the information based on your respective products.
Find the self-assessment template in our member universe here.
As an extra feature, you can also attach the self-assessment together with your self-check or send it to DPA for an actual decision if you are still in doubt whether your product is covered by the producer responsibility for single-use plastic products after completing the template.
